摘要
结合利益相关者理论从政府管理部门、灾区群众、承包商三方分析利益相关者诉求,以新西兰克莱斯特彻奇地震灾后重建为研究对象,探讨其灾后恢复协调过程的众多挑战,提出建立利益相关者联盟、协调利益诉求、建立沟通协调机制和参与性监督对策建议,以期能为灾后重建项目协调管理提供参考。
Based on the stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the needs of stakeholders from the government management departments,people in the disaster area,and contractors.Then,takes Christchurch earthquake reconstruction in New Zealand as the research object,explores many challenges in the coordination process of its disaster recovery,and puts forward suggestions for establishing stakeholder alliances,coordinating interest demands,establishing communication and coordination mechanisms,and participatory supervision countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the coordination and management of post-disaster reconstruction projects.
