摘要
结合某丘陵地区污水系统规划,从污水收集、处理、排放和回用的全生命周期角度出发,探析多因素影响下丘陵地区污水系统分区要点,以期从顶层设计中降低水环境污染产生概率。以成都市某城市新区污水工程规划为例,综合考虑地形条件、污水系统建设和运营成本、再生水利用条件和处理尾水排放对水环境的影响等多个因素,确定“集中为主、分散为辅”的污水收集处理模式,科学划定污水分区,从水环境提升角度保障新区健康发展。
From the perspective of the whole life cycle of wastewater collection,treatment,discharge and reuse,this paper analyzes several key points of wastewater system zoning in hilly area under the influence of multiple factors,in order to reduce probabilities of water pollution from the top-level design.Based on the background of the wastewater planning for a new urban area in Chengdu,this thesis considers multiple factors synthetically,including terrain,construction and operating costs,reclaimed water use conditions and the impact of treatment of tail water discharges on water environment.Meanwhile,this paper determines the wastewater collection and treatment mode of concentration-oriented,scattered as a supplement,and the scientific delimitation of wastewater zoning,aiming at insuring the ecological development of the new area from the aspect of water environment improvement.
