摘要
大数据和人工智能的飞速发展使得生物信息学成为突破精准医疗的关键技术方法,其专业人才的需求不断扩大,生物信息学的本科专业成为热门专业。为了探索更加合理的生物信息本科专业课程体系,以高等教育评价专业机构软科发布的生物信息专业2021年度排名靠前的学校为调研对象,通过对比课程设置的属性、选修课比例、实践课比例的调研结果,对国内生物信息学本科专业课题体系提出一些建设方案,也期望为国内其他高校生物信息学本科教育提供参考。
With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence,bioinformatics tools have become the key technical method to break through precision medicine.The demand for professionals is expanding,and the major of bioinformatics has become a hot major.In order to explore a more reasonable undergraduate course system of bioinformatics specialty,taking the top schools of bioinformatics specialty in 2021 released by the soft department of higher education evaluation specialty as the research object,this paper puts forward some construction plans for the domestic undergraduate subject system of bioinformatics specialty by comparing the research results of the attribute of curriculum setting,the proportion of elective courses and the proportion of practical courses.It is also expected to provide reference for the undergraduate education of bioinformatics in other domestic universities.
