摘要
文章分析了产教融合背景下我国应用型本科院校教育管理存在的“三重三轻”问题,即绩效考评上重科研轻教学、教学管理上重形式轻本质、产教融合模式上重学校轻企业的现象,进一步剖析了上述三种问题对我国本科教学工作乃至教育事业产生的严重负面影响,并提出应“完善绩效考评,改革职称晋升体系,引导教师积极投入教学”;“改变现有教学管理方式,简形式,抓本质”;“改革融合模式,吸收企业参与,培养素质人才”等三条有针对性的改革创新举措。
This paper analyzes the"three heavy and three light"problems existing in the educational management of application-oriented undergraduate colleges in China under the background of the integration of industry and education,that is,the performance evaluation pays more attention to scientific research than teaching,the teaching management pays more attention to form than nature,and the integration of industry and education pays more attention to schools than enterprises,and further analyzes the serious negative impact of the above three problems on the undergraduate teaching work and even the education cause in China,It also proposes three targeted reform and innovation measures,including"improving performance evaluation,reforming the professional title promotion system,and guiding teachers to actively participate in teaching","changing the existing teaching management mode,simplifying the form,and focusing on the essence","reforming the integration mode,absorbing the participation of enterprises,and cultivating high-quality talents".
