摘要
高校教师的职业道德修养在提高教育教学质量、塑造学生道德品质方面具有至关重要的作用。“互联网+”促使高等教育教学模式、师生关系、教师角色等发生了不可忽视的迭变,给高校教师的职业道德修养带来冲击和挑战。部分高校教师存在职业道德观念滞后、角色认同参差、道德行为功利等问题。高校可以从加强师德教育、提高教师职业道德认识,加强师德实践、激励教师知行合一,完善师德评价等方面促进高校教师职业道德修养提升。
College teachers’professional ethics cultivation plays a vital role in improving the quality of education and teaching and shaping students’moral character."Internet+"has promoted the teaching mode of higher education,teacherstudent relationship,teacher roles,etc.,which can not be ignored,and has brought impact and challenges to the professional ethics of college teachers.Some college teachers have some problems,such as lagging professional ethics,uneven role identification,and utilitarian moral behavior.Colleges and universities can promote the improvement of teachers’professional ethics by strengthening teacher ethics education,improving teachers’professional ethics awareness,strengthening teacher ethics practice,encouraging teachers to integrate knowledge with practice,and improving teacher ethics evaluation.
