摘要
随着数字经济的发展,新一代数字技术席卷全球,对各行各业产生了深远影响,作为新商科教育的重要组成部分,会计课程既要适应经济发展的新变革,又要适应企业管理升级的新需要,同时还面临数字技术智能化的新挑战。文章基于数字化浪潮对应用型本科会计人才培养模式提出的现实挑战,分析当前会计人才培养模式存在的现实困境,从明确人才培养目标、重构课程体系设置、强化师资力量培养、共建协同育人生态四方面为财务智能化趋势下的会计人才培养提供对策建议。
With the development of the digital economy,the new generation of digital technology has swept the world and has a profound impact on all walks of life.As an important part of the new business education,accounting should not only adapt to the new changes in economic development,but also adapt to the new needs of enterprise management upgrading,and also face the new challenges of digital technology intelligence.Based on the practical challenges posed by the digital tide to the training mode of application-oriented undergraduate accounting talents,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties existing in the current training mode of accounting talents,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the training of accounting talents under the trend of financial intelligence from four aspects:clarifying the training objectives of talents,restructuring the curriculum system,strengthening the training of teachers,and jointly building a collaborative education ecology.
