摘要 为满足新工科建设对人才创新能力和综合能力培养的需求,文章以综合素质、实践能力、前沿意识、伦理及责任意识为导向,结合交通学科的特点,提出了“LEARN”型新工科人才培养目标。在此基础上,运用布鲁姆模型对教学目标进行多维重构;在教学内容上注重文理交融,多学科交叉;在教学活动中采用多模态知识实践体系;在教学评价上注重高阶能力考核,深入剖析如何从不同维度对“新工科”人才培养模式改革进行研究与探索。本课程在实践中取得的成果进一步证明了该课程在教学创新和质量提升方面的卓越表现。 In order to meet the needs of talent innovation and comprehensive ability cultivation in the construction of new engineering disciplines,the article takes comprehensive quality,practical ability,cutting-edge awareness,ethics,and sense of responsibility as the guidance,and combines the characteristics of the transportation discipline to propose the"LEARN"type new engineering talent training goal.On this basis,the Bloom model is used to reconstruct the teaching objectives in multiple dimensions;Emphasis should be placed on the integration of literature and science in teaching content,with interdisciplinary approaches;Adopting a multimodal knowledge practice system in teaching activities;In terms of teaching evaluation,emphasis is placed on the assessment of high-level abilities,and in-depth analysis is conducted on how to research and explore the reform of the"New Engineering"talent cultivation model from different dimensions.The results achieved in practice of this course further demonstrate its outstanding performance in teaching innovation and quality improvement.
