摘要
学前教育是儿童启蒙教育的开端,其对儿童的成长发展起到至关重要的作用。师资作为教育发展的第一资源,近年来我国幼儿教师队伍素质备受社会关注。但当前,我国师范院校学前教育专业的人才培养仍存在一些问题,具体体现在:课程体系不够完善、培养模式较为单一等。基于此,教师须及时转变教学观念,认识到学前教育专业教学改革的重要性,通过对学前教育专业系统、全面地改革,提升专业人才培养质量。文章就当前我国师范院校学前教育专业教学现状及存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改革路径。
Preschool education is the beginning of children's enlightenment education and plays a crucial role in their growth and development.As the primary resource for educational development,the quality of early childhood teachers in China has attracted social attention in recent years.However,currently,there are still some problems in the talent cultivation of preschool education majors in normal universities in China,which are reflected in the inadequate curriculum system and the relatively single training mode.Based on this,teachers must timely change their teaching concepts,recognize the importance of teaching reform in the preschool education profession,and improve the quality of professional talent cultivation through systematic and comprehensive reforms in the preschool education profession.The article analyzes the current situation and problems in the teaching of preschool education in normal universities in China,and proposes corresponding reform paths.
