校企深度融合创新型卓越工程师培养模式探索——以山东建筑大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 为解决卓越工程师人才培养中理论教学与工程实际脱节,企业参与人才培养广度不够、深度不足等问题,山东建筑大学在建筑门窗与幕墙专业开展了教育改革与实践,通过优化专业培养方案、构建能力递进实践教学体系、出版专业教材、开展以科创为基础的创新能力主动提升培养实践、构建“三位一体”的实践计划等措施,有效提升了校企合作的广度、深度与精度,突破了创新型卓越工程师培养各环节的关键问题,取得了良好的成效。 In order to solve the problems of disconnection between theoretical teaching and engineering practice in the training of outstanding engineers,and insufficient breadth and depth of enterprise participation in talent training,Shandong Jianzhu University has carried out educational reform and practice in the major of architectural doors,windows and curtain walls.Through measures such as optimizing the professional training program,building a practica l teaching system for progressive ability,publishing professional teaching materials,carrying out the practice of actively improving the innovative ability based on scientific and technological innovation,and building a"trinity"practice plan,the breadth,depth and precision of school-enterprise cooperation has been effectively improved.It has broken through the key issues of each link in the training of innovative outstanding engineers,and achieved good results.
