摘要 锅炉原理课程是能源与动力工程类专业的主要专业课之一,其庞大的锅炉动力设备以及操作的危险性极强使得该课程实验设置难度极大。虚拟实验不同于传统灌输式的知识获取途径,它为学生提供了身临其境的实操机会,增强学生学习体验,能提高课程教学效果。文章以“锅炉原理”课程为例,应用虚拟现实技术建立设计了不同锅炉类型、系统与运行工况实验,通过正常参数调整、系统设备启动以及锅炉事故等八个模块,把锅炉原理课程知识点融入各系统的虚拟实验操作之中,更好满足工科学校对学生专业能力培养的要求。 The boiler principle course is one of the main professional courses in energy and power engineering majors,however,the large number of boiler power equipment and the danger of operation make the experimental setup difficult.Virtual experiment method is different from traditional indoctrination education,providing students with hands-on opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness.The design of this experimental system applies virtual reality technology to establish different boiler types and different operating conditions of their system.Through eight modules such as normal parameter adjustment,system equipment startup,and boiler accidents,the knowledge points of the boiler principal course are integrated into the various virtual experimental operation procedures of each system,better meeting the requirements of engineering schools for student professional training.
