摘要
基于2019年敦煌干旱绿洲区葡萄地实测数据对无核白葡萄冠层上下方叶片气孔导度特征进行研究.结果表明,冠层上方叶片气孔导度远高于冠层下方,出现这种差异主要受太阳辐射的影响.冠层上下方均受水汽压亏缺和温度的影响,冠层上方还主要受净辐射的影响,且叶片气孔导度与环境因子呈现迟滞回环关系.当叶水势极负时,为避免叶片严重缺水,气孔导度迅速降低;夜间冠层上下方叶片气孔导度大致相等但不为0,无核白葡萄在土壤水分不亏缺的情况下存在夜间蒸腾.
The leaf stomatal conductance of seedless white grape was studied based on the data measured in 2019 in an arid oasis region ecosystem and the results showed that the leaf stomatal conductance above the canopy was much higher than that below the canopy,and it was believed that the difference was mainly influenced by solar radiation.Further analysis of the relationship between leaf stomatal conductance and meteorological factors showed that both the upper and lower canopy were affected by vapour pressure deficiency and temperature,the above canopy was mainly affected by net radiation,and the relationship between stomatal conductance and these environmental factors was hysteretic.It was observed that when the environmental factors caused extremely negative leaf water potential,leaf stomatal conductance decreased rapidly to avoid serious water shortage.The stomatal conductance of the leaves above and below the canopy at night was approximately equal and non-zero;thus it was considered that there was a nocturnal transpiration of seedless white grape under the condition that soil water was not deficient.
