摘要
目的:探讨乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2018年3月至2019年9月治疗的急性胰腺炎患者106例为研究对象,按照随机表法将其分为两组,各53例。两组患者均实施常规治疗,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗效果、生化指标。结果:实验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(94.34%vs 79.25%,P<0.05);治疗后实验组CRP、WBC、脂肪酶及血淀粉酶均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组症状改善时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎效果较佳,可有效恢复生化指标,改善患者临床不适症状。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:106 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from March 2018 to September2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 53 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine therapy,control group was given somatostatin,while experimental group was treated with ulinastatin based on control group. The curative effects and biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group(94.34% vs 79.25%,P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC),lipase,blood amylase in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);The improvement time of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with somatostatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis is effective. It can recover biochemical indexes and improvement clinical uncomfortable symptoms.
