摘要
文章探讨分析国医大师张磊教授运用燮理法治疗颤证的经验。通过侍诊学习以及对典型医案的收集、整理,总结、概括燮理法学术思想、燮理法治疗颤证的内涵。张磊教授认为颤证为内科杂病一种,其病程漫长,病机复杂,较难治疗,其病位在肝,又与脑髓、筋脉、脾、肾等脏腑相关,证候错杂,正是基于此,运用燮理法,燮理阴阳,以柔克刚,以达到脏腑平和,肝木调达,气畅血行,恢复筋脉润泽、平顺之象。燮理法治疗颤证是用其法,悟其理,观其脉证,分析其失调的具体状态,随证加减论治,是偏胜偏衰,是交是燮,还是失平失秘等,紧扣其现状,进行燮理方为之妥善。
This paper discussed professor ZHANG Lei′s experience on treating fibrillation syndrome with harmonic method.Through the study of medical consultation and the collection and arrangement of typical medical cases,the harmonious academic thought and the connotation of treating fibrillation syndrome were summarized.Professor ZHANG Lei believes that fibrillation syndrome is a kind of complicated internal medicine disease,with a long,complicated course and difficult treatment.The disease is located in the liver and related to brain,tendons and meridians,spleen and kidney and it is very complicated.Based on this,harmonious methods are applied to achieve the cure of the disease and physical health.Professor ZHANG Lei used the harmonious methods to treat fibrillation syndrome,comprehended its essence and analyzed the causes of physical disorders.The prescription followed the changes of symptoms and achieved good curative effect.
