摘要
《伤寒论》是东汉张仲景不局限于以往的形式方法将独到的理论思想与临床实践灵活结合所编撰而成的经典著作。在《伤寒论》中,仲景在阴阳学说的指导下阐述疾病的发生、发展及变化,对阴阳的运用和理解均十分透彻。书中脉证并重,有关脉学的论述,更是高度显现了独具特色的脉学思想,乃是后世脉学发展成熟的奠基。辨脉常以阴阳学说为理论指导,人体阴阳变化也通过脉诊得到显现,两者相辅相成。仲景常以阴阳为纲领来分析脉象,将脉形、脉势、脉位等划分为阴阳两类,称其为脉阴阳。同时,脉是气血运行的外在表现,通过脉象的阴阳,可以观察人体内阴阳消长盛衰,预测疾病的病位、病性、转归与发展。故“阴阳脉法”能够体现人体阴阳与脉阴阳之间互为呼应的关系。本文对《伤寒论》中的有关脉阴阳原文进行了归纳、整理、分析,从“阴阳为辨脉总纲”“脉证分阴阳”“脉示人体阴阳变化”等几个方面进行辨析,并结合历代医家的观点,浅析两者之间的关系。
Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a classic work compiled by ZHANG Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty,who did not restrict himself to the formal methods of the past,but combined his unique theoretical ideas with clinical practice.In Treatise on Febrile Diseases,Zhongjing explained the occurrence,development and changes of diseases under the guidance of the doctrine of Yin and Yang,and his use and understanding of Yin and Yang are very thorough.The book′s discussion of pulse evidence and pulse science is highly revealing the distinctive pulse thinking that was the foundation for the development and maturation of pulse science in later generations.The theory of Yin and Yang is often used as a theoretical guide for the identification of the pulse,and the changes in the body′s Yin and Yang are also revealed through pulse diagnosis,with the two complementing each other.Zhongjing often uses Yin and Yang as a platform to analyse the pulse,dividing the pulse shape,pulse potential and pulse position into Yin and Yang categories,calling them pulse Yin and Yang.At the same time,the pulse is the external manifestation of the flow of Qi and blood,and through Yin and Yang of the pulse,it is possible to observe the strength and weakness of Yin and Yang within the body,and predict the location,nature,regression and development of disease.The“Yin-Yang Pulse Method”can therefore reflect the relationship between Yin and Yang of the body and Yin and Yang of the pulse,which influence each other.This article summarized,collated and analyzed the original text on Yin and Yang of pulse in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from the aspects of“Yin and Yang as the general outline of pulse identification”,“pulse and syndrome being divided into Yin and Yang”and“pulse indicating the changes of Yin and Yang in the human body”.This is a brief analysis of the relationship between the two,taking into account the views of medical practitioners throughout the ages.
