摘要
2020年暴发的新冠肺炎疫情对世界格局、中美关系乃至全球经济、政治、文化及经贸、外交、军事、教育、科技等已造成极大震荡与冲击。一方面,我们应准确认识世界格局的现状与未来发展趋势,重视中美关系"变中有不变",主动调整中美关系,应付最坏的情况,争取赢得最好的结果,在斗争中求团结求合作。另一方面,我们也要高度重视国内外敌对势力的和平演变图谋,在国际上高扬人类命运共同体的伟大旗帜,结成最广泛的国际反霸统一战线,坚持和发展"三个世界划分的战略"。最为关键的是,我们要做好国内改革、稳定与发展工作,不断巩固、完善和坚持发展中国特色社会主义,确保中华民族伟大复兴奋斗目标的实现。
The outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 has caused great shock and impact on the world pattern,Sino-U.S.relations and even the global economy,politics,culture,economy and trade,diplomacy,military,education,science and technology,etc.We should have an accurate understanding of the current situation and its future trend,pay attention to the"constancy in changes"in Sino-U.S.relations,take the initiative to adjust the bilateral.relations,cope with the worst situation,strive to win the best results,and seek unity and cooperation in the struggle.On the other hand,we should also attach great importance to the peaceful evolution of hostile forces at home and abroad,raise the great banner of"A Community of Shared Future for Mankind"abroad,form the broadest international anti-hegemony united front,and adhere to and develop the"the strategy of the division of the three worlds".Most importantly,we must do a good job of domestic reform,stability and development,and continuously consolidate,improve,adhere to,and develop integrated planning under the top-level thinking and top-level design of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to ensure the realization of the great goal of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
