摘要
在政治共同体中,形成具有凝聚力的信任感是提升国家治理能力的关键步骤。回首中华人民共和国峥嵘历史,巡回医疗不仅为缺医少药的地方提供了及时救助,还潜在地勾连起不同区域尤其是城乡间人民的情感与认知,亦巩固着民众对于国家、集体的"信任政治"。巡回医疗的背后是中国共产党与国家的信誉担保和直接支持,指向社会主义的根本价值。在社会主义国家中,只有明确了为人民服务的基本准则,对广大人民怀有同情与共感,才能更好探索以服务于人民为价值导向的发展道路。
The formation of a cohesive sense of trust in a political community is a key step in improving the governance capacity of a country.As we reviewed the eventful history of the new China,mobile medical service provided timely relief to areas in shortage of medical care,potentially connected people’s emotions and perceptions indifferent regions,especially between urban and rural areas,and consolidated the people’s political trust in the state and the collective.Thebackdrop of the system lies in the credibility and direct support of the CPC and the country,oriented to the fundamental values of socialism.In asocialist country,the path of development,with serving the people as the value orientation,can be better explored,only when the basic principleof serving the people is clearly defined and when there is sympathy and empathy for the people.
