摘要
重视分析形势,是我们党重要的思想方法和工作方法。正确认识反腐败斗争形势是进行决策的前提,也是决定工作任务的基础。改革开放以来,反腐败斗争的形势研判、战略方针和工作任务之间始终处于持续调适和动态匹配的平衡——形势决定任务,战略方针适应形势并指导工作任务。党中央始终科学缜密分析反腐败斗争形势,准确作出重大判断;适应形势发展不断完善战略方针;与时俱进部署工作任务突出阶段重点,保持反腐败强大力量常在,为党和国家事业发展提供有力政治保障。
Attaching importance to analyzing the situation is an important ideological and working method of the CPC.A correct understanding of the situation of the anticorruption struggle is a prerequisite for decision making and a basis for task allocation.Since the reform and opening up,the balance between the situation judgment,strategic policy and work tasks of the anti-corruption struggle has always been in continual adjustment and dynamic matching—the situation determines the tasks,the strategic policy adapts to the situation,and the policy guides the tasks.The Party Central Committee has always scientifically and meticulously been analyzing the situation of the anti-corruption struggle and accurately made major judgments;the Committee has continually been improving the strategic policy in response to the development of the situation;it has been deploying work tasks updated with the times,highlighting stage priorities,maintaining a strong force against corruption,and providing a strong political guarantee for the development of the Party and the country.As for the goal of a“clean government in China”,the fight against corruption still has a long way to go.
