摘要
“互联网+”时代大数据、云计算等技术的快速发展,给职业院校治理体系和治理能力现代化建设带来了许多新机遇。党的全面领导是新时代院校治理的关键所在,但与教学科研工作相比,党的工作在现实中存在着手段传统、方法单一、与业务工作融合不足等问题,使党建引领和思想政治保障等作用难以充分发挥。智慧党建的创新发展已成为治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要突破口,也是党建引领事业高质量发展的重要保障。通过新技术手段,构建智慧党建,有助于把党的全面领导延伸到基层组织和每个党员,融入教育教学全过程,通过精准、互动、高效的方式,激发广大师生教与学的积极性,培养出更多高素质技术技能人才,实现职业院校“为党育人、为国育才”的目的。
The rapid development of big data,cloud computing and other technologies in the“Internet+”era has brought many new opportunities for modernizing the governance system and enhancing capacities of vocational colleges.The overall leadership of the CPC is essential to the governance of colleges and universities in the new era.However,compared to teaching and scientific research work,the Party’s work has encountered some problems in practice,including outmoded means,fixed methods,and insufficient integration with the teaching work,which makes it difficult to give full play to the role of the Party leadership and its ideological and political guarantee.The innovative development of Intelligent Party-building has become a vital breakthrough in the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity,as well as a crucial guarantee for the high-quality development of the leading cause of Party building.The Intelligent Party-building is helpful to extend the overall leadership of the party,to organizations at the grass-level and each party member through new technological means,which integrates into the whole process of education and teaching.It stimulates the enthusiasm of teachers and students in teaching and learning through precise,interactive and efficient ways,cultivates high-quality technical talents,and then realizes the purpose of“educating people for the Party and the country”.
