自然美:作为生态伦理学的善——以《判断力批判》第42节为中心

摘要 自然观念已是现当代哲学转折的一个枢纽。自然观当代转型的主要困境,乃是自然与现代性核心观念的自由的分立。康德哲学作为自由与自然分立格局的典型代表,曾受到严重批评。但康德《判断力批判》已经在设法统一自然与自由的分立。其借助自然美与自然目的论统合自由与自然的模式,已经是“自然变得有精神性,精神变得有自然性”的新自然观。因此,康德这一思路迄今仍需要在新的时代背景下获得诠释。对于倚重人类自由本位的伦理学扩展自然观的当代主流而言,这一模式具有特别的反思意义。本文对《判断力批判》第42节的研读,可以表明康德美学对于伦理学未被注意的涵摄意义。 The concept of nature has been a pivotal point of contemporary philosophy.The main dilemma in the contemporary transformation of the concept of nature is the separation of nature from freedom,which is the central concept in modernity.As a typical representative of the pattern of this separation,Kant's philosophy has been heavily criticised.However,Kant had already sought to unify the separation between nature and freedom in Critique of Judgment.His model of unifying freedom and nature by means of natural beauty and natural teleology is a new view of nature in which“nature becomes spiritual and spirit becomes natural”.Thus,this Kantian idea still needs to be interpreted in the context of the new era.For the contemporary mainstream,which relies on a liberal ethical extension of nature,this model is of particular relevance.The study of section 42 of the Critique of Judgment in this paper can demonstrate the unnoticed implications of Kantian aesthetics for ethics.
