摘要
提升民族地区幼儿普通话教育质量是建设高质量教育体系的重要支撑,更是促进民族团结、维护社会稳定、支撑乡村振兴、增强国家认同、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的战略工程。本研究运用问卷法、访谈法进行调查,发现新疆乡村幼儿普通话发展相对较弱,“听懂”“会说”“敢说”“会用”能力水平呈递减趋势;乡村幼儿家庭和社区缺乏普通话交流环境、乡村幼儿园教师普通话能力不足是主要制约因素。基于实证分析提出以下对策:高度重视、科学有效普及民族地区乡村幼儿普通话教育;加强乡村幼儿园教师普通话能力培训;鼓励乡村幼儿日常生活中大胆用普通话进行交流;为乡村幼儿家庭和社区创设普通话交流环境;将乡村幼儿和幼儿园教师普通话能力科学监测评估与教育过程质量提升相结合。
Improving the quality of Putonghua education in ethnic areas provides important support for the construction of high-quality education system,and it is also a strategic project to promote ethnic unity,maintain social stability,support rural revitalization,enhance national identity,and solidify the sense of community of the Chinese nation.This study used questionnaire and interview methods,and found that the development of Putonghua among rural children in Xinjiang was relatively weak.The ability to“understand”,“speak”,and“utilize”are decreasing one by one.The lack of Putonghua communication environment in rural children’s families and communities and the lack of Putonghua ability of rural kindergarten teachers are the main constraints.Based on empirical analysis,the article proposes following countermeasures and suggestions:attach great importance to and effectively popularize Putonghua education in rural areas;strengthen Putonghua proficiency training for rural kindergarten teachers;encourage rural children to have the gut in communicating in Putonghua in their daily life;create a Putonghua communication environment for rural children’s families and communities;combine scientific monitoring and evaluation of the Putonghua ability of rural children and kindergarten teachers with the quality improvement of the education process.
