摘要
基于高阶理论,本文探讨了CEO抽象思维、企业战略长期导向以及创新之间的关系。本文对134家成长型企业的实证研究结果表明:CEO抽象思维有助于提升企业战略长期导向,进而促进企业创新;企业绩效在CEO抽象思维与战略长期导向之间的直接关系、CEO抽象思维与企业创新之间的间接关系中起到了正向的调节作用。本文揭示了CEO抽象思维与企业创新之间的关系及其背后的作用机制,丰富了抽象思维、企业创新以及高阶理论的研究,为企业管理实践提供了启示和借鉴。
Based on upper echelons theory,this paper investigates the relationship among CEO abstract thinking,firm long-term orientation,and firm innovation.The empirical research results of 134 growth enterprises in this paper show that CEO abstract thinking can help improve the long-term strategic orientation of firms,and then promote firm innovation;Firm performance has a positive moderating effect on the direct relationship between CEO abtract thinking and strategic long-term orientation as well as the indirect relationship between CEO abstract thinking and firm innovation.This study explores the relationship between CEO abstract thinking and firm innovation and tackles the mechanism behind the relationship,enriching the research on upper echelons theory and providing new insights and references for firm management practice.
