新型软土固化剂用于地铁盾构尾泥固化处理的应用分析

摘要 随着地铁建设的快速发展,盾构机产生的大量尾泥软土的处理成为了一个具有挑战的问题。以工业固废为主要材料制备了一种新型软土固化剂,对广州某线路的地铁盾构尾泥进行了固化处理试验,并以传统水泥为对照组,对固化后的固化土开展了抗渗性、无侧限抗压强度和重金属浸出浓度测试。试验结果表明:使用新型软土固化剂固化盾构尾泥后,其抗渗性、无侧限抗压强度和重金属浸出浓度均符合工程施工需求,且试验所使用的新型软土固化剂在各项性能测试中的表现均明显强于传统水泥。现场施工验证了新型软土固化剂固化地铁盾构尾泥的可行性,其有助于环境保护,符合可持续发展策略。 With the rapid development of subway construction,the disposal of a large amount of shield slurry has become a challenging problem.By using industrial solid waste as the main material to cure the slurry of subway shield in Guangzhou,a new soft soil curing agent has been produced.The permeability resistance,unconfined compressive strength and heavy metal leaching concentration of solidified soil was also tested by taking traditional cement as a control group.The test results show that the permeability resistance,unconfined compressive strength and heavy metal leaching concentration of the shield slurry can meet the requirements of engineering construction after curing with the new soft soil curing agent,and the performance of the new soft soil curing agent used in the test is obviously stronger than that of the traditional cement in various performance tests.It is proved that the new soft soil curing agent is feasible to solidify the slurry of subway shield,and it is conducive to environmental protection and in line with the sustainable development strategy.
