摘要
金陵女大将"金陵家庭"的观念贯彻于其近40年的办学实践之中,内部强固的家庭认同是金陵女大的重要特征。金陵女大家庭认同的建构,除了精英化小型院校的客观条件以外,女子教会大学独特的文化环境和相对独立的体制也是重要因素。女子教会大学高度的同质化特征为强固的家庭认同提供了重要的文化环境。金陵女大的家庭化办学的实践是基于对学生个性的尊重和对学生全人格养成的重视,而家庭化校园氛围下师生关系的紧密为实现其全人格教育的理念提供了实践环境。
Due to the implementation of"Ginling Family"conception in Ginling College with nearly 40 years of school-running practices,the strong internal family identity has become an important characteristic of Ginling College.The establishment of the internal family identity stems from the objective conditions of meritocratic small-scale academy,and the more significant fact that the women’s ecclesiastical university possesses relatively independent system and unique cultural environment whose main source is the characteristics of a high degree of homogeneity in women’s ecclesiastical university.Besides,the respect for students’personality and the importance attached to the full personality cultivation of students laid a solid foundation for the family-oriented school-running practice of Ginling College,and the close relationship between teachers and students under the atmosphere of family-oriented campus provides the realization of the idea of full personality education with practice environment.
