茄子黄萎病病组织浸提液对茄子黄萎病菌的抑菌作用及对茄子黄萎病诱导抗性的研究

摘要 本试验以丙酮、乙醇、蒸馏水作为浸提剂分别对茄子黄萎病病组织(发病根茎和叶片)进行浸提,用所得浸提液在培养基条件下对黄萎病菌进行处理,并在茄子幼苗2叶1心期进行诱导处理(灌根),以研究其对黄萎病菌的抑菌作用及对茄子黄萎病的诱导抗性效果。结果表明:6种浸提液对黄萎病菌菌丝生长均产生抑制效果,且抑菌效果由强到弱为乙叶、乙根、丙叶、丙根、水叶、水根,其中乙叶对黄萎病菌最终的抑菌率为48.36%,与对照及其他浸提液处理差异显著(P<0.05);不同浸提液对茄子黄萎病的诱导抗性研究显示,6种浸提液诱导处理对人工接种黄萎病菌孢子悬浮液后的植株病株率、病情指数及诱导抗性均有影响,诱导抗性效果由强到弱为乙叶、丙叶、丙根、乙根、水叶、水根,经乙叶处理后病株率、病情指数与对照差异显著(P<0.05),最终诱导抗性效果达到41.25%,与对照及其他浸提液处理差异极显著(P<0.01)。 In this experiment,the acetone,ethanol,and distilled water were used as extractants to extract eggplant verticillium wilt disease tissues(diseased rhizomes and leaves),respectively.The obtained extract was used to treat verticillium wilt bacteria under the condition of culture medium,and the induced treatment(root irrigation)was carried out at 2 leaves and 1 heart stage of eggplant seedlings to study its bacteriostatic effect on verticillium wilt bacteria and its induced resistance to eggplant verticillium wilt.The results showed that the six extracts all had inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth of Verticillium dahliae,and the antibacterial effects from strong to weak were:Ethanol leaves,Ethanol rhizomes,Acetone leaves,Acetone rhizomes,Distilled water leaves,Distilled water rhizomes.The inhibitory rate of Ethanol leaves against Verticillium dahliae finally reached 48.36%,which was significantly different from that of the control and other extracts(P<0.05).The investigation of the induced resistance of different eggplant verticillium wilt extracts showed that through artificial inoculation of Verticillium dahliae,six extracts all had effects on the diseased plant rate,disease index,and induced resistance of artificially inoculated plants,and the induced resistance effects from strong to weak were:Ethanol leaves,Acetone leaves,Acetone rhizomes,Ethanol rhizomes,Distilled water leaves,Distilled water rhizomes.After Ethanol leaves treatment,the diseased plant rate and disease index were significantly different from those of the control(P<0.05),and the induced resistance effect finally reached 41.25%,which was extremely significant different from the control and other extracts(P<0.01).
