摘要
高校辅导员校级培训是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要途径,根据《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》,高校需提高站位、认真落实辅导员校级培训相关要求,切实提升辅导员素质能力。该文以M大学为例,立足该校辅导员队伍和校级培训现状,通过对该校辅导员校级培训品牌项目"辅导员加油站"实施过程中的问题反思,提出有针对性的提质增效策略。
University-level training of college counselors is an important way to strengthen the construction of college counselors.According to the"Regulations on the Construction of College Counselors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities",colleges and universities need to raise station-position,earnestly implement the related requirements of university-level training of college counselors,and effectively improve the quality and ability of counselors.This dissertation takes M university as an example,based on the current situation of college counselor team,university-level training,and by reflecting on the problems in the implementation of college counselor training brand project"college counselor petrol station",puts forward targeted strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
