摘要
目的探析评价循证护理在急性胰腺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取贵州省毕节市中医院于2016年2月—2019年2月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者,随机平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者予以常规医护,观察组在此基础上,开展循证护理模式。本研究,主要类比对比分析两组患者的临床疗效、腹痛消失时间与发热持续时间以及平均住院时间、血淀粉酶与尿淀粉酶水平。结果研究结果显示,循证护理干预后,观察组的三项时间均明显少于对照组;血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶的水平比较,观察组各项指标均优于对照组;疗效评估,开展循证护理的观察组,其治疗总有效率高达92.5%,显著高于对照组的77.5%。以上三类试验结果,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患有急性胰腺炎的患者开展循证护理模式,有效抑制血淀粉酶与尿淀粉酶水平的降低,减少腹痛消失时间与发热持续时间以及平均住院时间,改善患者生活质量,综合疗效显著,临床极具推广应用价值。
Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing in acute pancreatitis nursing.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Bijie City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The patients in the control group received routine medical care.On this basis,the observation group carried out routine medical care.Certificate care model.In this study,the main analogy analysis and comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the duration of fever,the average length of stay,blood amylase and urine amylase levels were made.Results The results of the study showed that after the evidence-based nursing intervention,the three items of the observation group were significantly less time than the control group;the blood amylase and urine amylase levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group;efficacy evaluation In the observation group that carried out evidence-based nursing,the total effective rate of treatment was as high as 92.5%,which was significantly higher than the 77.5%in the control group.The results of the above three types of tests were significantly different,all with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing model for patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively inhibit the reduction of blood amylase and urine amylase levels,reduce the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the duration of fever and the average length of hospitalization,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a significant overall effect.It has great clinical application value.
