摘要
介绍新型零极距离子膜电解槽的结构特点、性能优势,并探讨了实际操作中的优化方案。该电解槽已成功应用于中国石化齐鲁分公司氯碱厂2^(#)离子膜烧碱装置(以下简称齐鲁烧碱装置)的改造。实际运行结果表明:改造后齐鲁烧碱装置的产能得到明显提升,同时电耗也得到显著降低,并取得了明显的经济效益。
This article introduces structural characteristics and superior performance of the new type zero polar distance ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer,and explores the optimal solution in the practical operation.The electrolyzer has been successfully applied to modification of the No.2 ion-exchange membrane caustic soda unit in SINOPEC Qilu Chlor-Alkali Plant.Practical operation results show that capacity of the caustic soda unit has been significantly improved,and power consumption has also been significantly reduced,and significant economic benefits is achieved.
