摘要
在离子膜电解槽阳极入口加入盐酸存在加酸量不易控制、混合不均匀等问题。提出用二级加酸等优化办法。实施后,能够做到加酸控制稳定,有效减少氯酸盐的生成量,提高电流效率。
The addition amount of acid at the anode inlet of the ion-exchange membrane electrolysis cell is difficult to control,and the acid is mixed unevenly.Specific solutions are proposed:secondary addition of acid,and others.After these solutions are taken,acid addition is controlled stably,effectively reducing the generation of chlorate and improving current efficiency.
