摘要
鉴于新媒体技术革命对于公共传播实践带来的挑战,我们提出与公共传播教学相适应的案例教学理念、方法和知识更新策略。公共传播案例教学以促进公共理性为教学理念,以培育理性表达和研究决策能力为使命,具体则从两个层面来进行:其一,以案例讨论、情境模拟、以解决问题为导向的方案设计等为内容的课上案例教学;其二,以走入案例现场的实地调研,基于实证材料的案例编撰、修订和分析为内容的课下案例教学。此外,为适应互联网技术变革的背景下公共传播学科知识变革的动态、复杂和不确定性,本文提出以案例研究为知识更新的策略,创新和丰富公共传播教学中的知识生产过程和知识体系。
Addressing to the challenges which public communicators are facing in the era of new media revolution,this paper proposes the values,methods,and knowledge-renewing strategies in the case-based teaching in public communication.Aiming at promoting the formation of public reason as teaching rationale,and cultivating the student’s capability of rational communication and case-based decision making,the authors argue that the case-based teaching of public communication mainly centers on two aspects:one is case discussion inside classroom,including case discussion,scenario simulation,problem-solving oriented solution design.The other one is field work outside classroom,including field survey,case composition,revision,and critical analysis.Besides that,the authors further propose a few strategies for knowledge renewing in public communication with case study as research method.
