摘要
初中阶段是学生生涯发展的关键期。为了解初中生父母的生涯教育观与初中生生涯决策困难的现状,本文采用"父母的生涯教育观量表"和"初中生生涯决策困难量表"对全校家长与学生进行抽样调查。结果表明,在父母生涯教育观方面,从事不同职业的母亲在行为支持、技能培养两个维度上有显著性差异,父亲的职业在生涯教育观上并无显著性差异。在父母教育水平上,母亲的教育水平在行为支持、技能培养两个维度上有显著性差异;父亲的教育水平在行为支持、兴趣培养、信息支持三个维度上有显著性差异。在初中生生涯决策困难方面,不同性别的初中生在缺乏准备、缺乏信息两个维度存在显著性差异,女生的职业决策困难高于男生的职业决策困难;不同年级的初中生在缺乏信息维度上有显著性差异,六年级学生的生涯决策困难高于其他年级学生。
Middle school stage is key for students’future career development.In order to understand parents’views on career education and the current situation of career decision-making difficulties of junior high school students,the Parents’Career Education View Scale and Junior High School Students’Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire were used in the sample survey of parents and students in the school.The results showed that,in terms of parents’views on career education,there were significant differences in behavioral support and skill cultivation among mothers in different occupations,while there were no significant differences among fathers in different occupations.In terms of parents’education level,mothers’education level has shown significant differences in behavioral support and skill training.Fathers’education level has shown significant differences in behavioral support,parental interest cultivation,and information support.In terms of career decision-making difficulties of junior high school students’,boys and girls have shown significant differences in the level of lack of preparation and information.Girls were generally found to have more difficulties in career decision-making.Students from different grades have significant differences in the lack of information,and students in sixth grade have more decision-making difficulties than those in other grades.
