摘要
针对子宫腺肌病的病因病机,四川省首届十大名中医王成荣主任医师率先提出“火热瘀结”论点,对古人“久病多瘀”“瘀久蕴毒”理论的补充和发展,创“火热伤络留瘀,瘀久生热化火,致火热瘀结”理论,处方以清热解毒、化瘀散结为主,自拟白莲散结汤、清化汤治疗本病所致痛经经多疗效显著。
In view of the etiology and pathogenesis of adenomyosis,WANG Cheng,the chief physician of the first ten famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Sichuan Province,has taken the lead in putting forward the argument of“heat and blood stasis”,which has supplemented the ancients’theory of“long illness and multiple blood stasis”and“stasis accumulates poison”.And development,creating the theory of“fire and heat injure the collaterals and keep blood stasis,long-term stasis will generate heat and dissipate fire to cause fire and blood stasis”.The prescription is mainly heat clearing and detoxification,removing blood stasis and dispersing knot,and Self-made Bailian Sanjie Decoction,Qinghua Decoction are effective in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by this disease.
