高校大学生思想政治教育中导生制的创新思考

摘要 导生制是起源于英国的一种教学组织形式,其本质是朋辈教育,有传统师生教育所不可比拟的优势。将导生制融入大学生思想政治教育,形成点面互补效应,提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,这一教学组织形式已越来越多地为国内高校认可采用,但总的来说,依然存在对导生制作用认识不够、具体实施缺乏规划、工作落实流于表面、协同共建平台缺乏等问题。坚持导生制与大学生思想政治教育的创新融合,需要在人才队伍、工作方式方法、育人模式几个方面构建系统,形成合力。 Student monitorial system is a form of teaching organization originated in Britain.Its essence is peer education,which has incomparable advantages compared with traditional teacher-student education.Integrating the student monitorial system into the ideological and political education of college students can form a complementary effect and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political education.This form of teaching organization has been more and more recognized and adopted by domestic colleges and universities.However,in general,there are still some problems,such as insufficient understanding of the role of student monitorial system,lack of specific implementation planning,superficial work implementation and lack of collaborative platform.To adhere to the innovation and integration of the student guidance system and the ideological and political education of college students,we need to build a system in the aspects of talent team,working methods and education mode to form a joint force.
