摘要
将毛织物置于pH值为12、13、14的环境中进行水解老化,并对老化毛织物的形貌、色差、红外光谱和X衍射光谱进行测试分析。结果表明:溶液pH值越高,毛织物的老化速度越快;老化时间越长,毛织物的老化程度越剧烈;羊毛鳞片层比皮质层更耐碱性环境,在纤维劈裂解体的情况下,仍能观察到鳞片的基本形态;通过增加溶液pH值和延长老化时间,样品红外光谱在1396 cm^(-1)处的—CN和1450 cm^(-1)处的—CH_(2)官能团发生伸缩振动,样品的相对结晶度下降。
The samples of woolen fabrics are hydrolyzed and aged in solutions with different p H value of 12,13 and 14 separately,and the morphology,color difference,infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction spectrum of the aged wool fabric were tested and analyzed.The results show that the higher the p H value of the solution,the faster the aging speed of wool fabric;the longer the aging time,the stronger the aging degree of wool fabric;wool scale layer is more resistant to alkali environment than cortical layer,and the basic morphology of scale can still be observed under the condition of fiber splitting and disintegration;by increasing the p H value of the solution and prolonging the aging time,the stretching vibration of—CN and—CH_(2)functional groups at 1396 cm^(-1)and 1450 cm^(-1)occurs in the infrared spectrum of the sample,and the relative crystallinity of the sample decreases.
