摘要
我国长期以来形成的设计与施工脱节的建筑业结构,使得国内企业在独立运作EPC项目时较为被动。尤其是施工企业缺乏设计能力和设计控制经验,在总承包项目运作过程中,往往会采取设计分包的形式进行项目总承包。以施工为主体的承包商,如何在EPC项目运作过程中有效组织和引导运用好设计单位的力量搞好设计控制、把握设计环节重点,是其项目管理的一个重要课题。笔者结合参与怒江异地扶贫搬迁项目EPC项目的设计管理情况,针对以施工为主体的承包商如何搞好EPC项目中的设计控制谈谈对设计管理方法的体会。
For a long time,construction industry structure in China of disjointed design and construction makes domestic enterprises more passive in independent operation of EPC projects.In particular,construction enterprises lack of design ability and design control experience.In the operation process of general contracting projects,they often adopt the form of design subcontracting for general contracting.How to effectively organize and guide the contractors with construction as the main body in the operation process of EPC project to make good use of the strength of design units to do well in design control and grasp the key points of design links is an important subject of project management.Based on the design management of the EPC project of the remote poverty alleviation and relocation project of Nujiang River,the author talks about the experience of the design management method for the contractor who takes the construction as the main body to do a good job in the design control of the EPC project.
