摘要
人类命运共同体的价值体系,作为一个承载全人类认同的共同价值以及相关价值观念所构成的整体架构;在逻辑构成上,包含了安全、和平、秩序、发展、繁荣、包容、公平、正义、自由、民主和法治等基本单元;在横向逻辑层次上,兼容了共同价值(目的价值、价值理念)、共同理想(价值标准、价值原则和价值追求);在逻辑顺序上,以安全、和平、秩序为基本前提,以发展繁荣来促保障,以“公平正义”“民主自由”和“法治”作为处理国家与国家、民族与民族等诸多关系的价值原则和准则。在形式结构上,具有逻辑理性上的构成性、层次性、结构性和体系性,构成了一个逻辑严谨,层次分明,由低到高,由理想到现实,由理论到实践,由思想到行为的整体性框架结构;在价值理性向度上,展现出多元性、共同性、包容性和评判性;在实践意义上,对其共同体成员行为具有指引性与规范性,为全球治理、为维护世界和平和发展指引方向,引领其共同体的成员进行价值选择与价值认同;在交往理性向度上,形成了以共商共建共享为命运共同体的共同事业、价值实现和价值实现的方式以及实践路径,展现出推进全球治理的共建功能把它付诸于能动的行动和实践,超越实践理性,经由交往理性的话语商谈和能动参与,以及多主体的互动,完成人类命运共同体的价值目标、远大理想和最高价值的实现。
As an overall framework carrying the common values and related values recognized by all mankind,the value system of the community with a shared future for mankind logicallyincludes security,peace,order,development,prosperity,inclusiveness,fairness,justice,freedom,democracy and the rule of law;At the horizontal logical level,it is compatible with common values(purpose value,value concept)and common ideals(value standards,value principles and value pursuit);In the logical order,security,peace and order are the basic premise,development and prosperity are the guarantee,and"fairness and justice","democratic freedom"and"rule of law"are the value principles and norms for dealing with many relations among states and nations.In terms of formal structure,it has the constitutionality,hierarchy,structure and systematization of logical rationality,forming a logical and rigorous,welldefined,from low to high,from ideal to reality,from theory to practice,and from thought to behavior;It shows pluralism,commonality,inclusiveness and judgment in the direction of value rationality;In the practical sense,it can guide and regulate the behavior of its community members,guide the direction of global governance,maintain world peace and development,and guide the members of its community to make value choices and identify with values;In the perspective of communicative rationality,it has established the common cause,value realization and value realization mode and practice path of building a community of shared future through consultation,co construction and sharing,and demonstrated the co-construction function of promoting global governance,which puts it into active action and practice,transcends practical rationality,and completes the value goal of a community of shared future for mankind through discourse negotiation and active participation of communicative rationality,as well as multi-agent interaction in order to realizethe lofty ideals and the highest value.
