摘要
近几年,我国油气管道企业主导制定的国际标准数量快速增长,在油气管道领域的国际影响力和话语权大幅提升。但是,我国油气管道标准国际化的深度和广度远不及发达国家。本文在梳理我国油气管道领域标准国际化发展现状基础上,进一步识别制约瓶颈,并针对性地提出突破路径,对我国油气管道标准国际影响力的提升具有重要意义。
In recent years,the number of international standards led by China’s oil and gas pipeline enterprises has grown rapidly.China’s international influence and discourse power in the field of oil and gas pipelines have significantly increased.However,compared to developed countries,there is still a significant gap in the depth and breadth of internationalization of standards.After reviewing the current status of internationalization of standards in China’s oil and gas pipeline industry,this paper further identifies constraint bottlenecks and proposes targeted breakthrough paths.This is of great significance for the development of China’s oil and gas pipeline industry and the enhancement of international influence.
