摘要
紫球藻是红藻门单细胞藻类,具有生长速度快、固碳能力强、光合效率高、易培养等优点,含蛋白质、多不饱和脂肪酸、多糖、色素等生物活性物质。综述紫球藻生物质的营养成分、开发食品的潜能及展望。
Porphyridium was a single-cell microalga, belonging to Rhodophyta. Porphyridium had some attractive advantages, such as high growth rate, great carbon fixation rate, high photosynthetic efficiency and easy cultivation. Moreover, Porphyridium biomass contains some bioactive compounds, such as protein, polyunsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrate and pigments. The nutritional compounds of Porphyridium biomass, potential ability of nutritional compound for developing food, and its future prospect were summarized.
