摘要
本文建立了同时测定啤酒样品中4种不同嘌呤(腺嘌呤、鸟嘌呤、黄嘌呤、次黄嘌呤)含量的高效液相色谱法。结果表明,4种嘌呤分离效果良好且峰形标准,在1.0~100.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R)为0.9992~0.9999,方法的检出限为0.010~0.030 mg·L^(-1),精密度RSD在0.03%~0.07%范围内,加标回收率为92%~101%。该方法快速、方便、精确,具有很好的重现性,适用于啤酒中4种嘌呤类物质的定量检测。
A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four purines(adenine,guanine,hypoxanthine and xanthine)in beer was established.The results showed that the four purines can be completely separated and the peak shape was standard.The linear relationship,which was good in the range of 1.0~100.0 mg·L^(-1),was better when the mass concentration and peak area of the four purines well.The correlation coefficient(R)was between 0.9992~0.9999,and the detection limit was 0.010~0.030 mg·L^(-1).The precision RSD of the detection method was 0.03%~0.07%,and the recovery rate of standard addition was 92%~101%.The method is fast,simple,accurate and has good reproducibility,which can be used for the quantitative detection of four purines in beer.
