摘要
斜杠青年是指具有多重身份、多重职业的青年群体。斜杠青年具有价值判断的思维能力、活动选择的抉择力和观念传递的信服力。以斜杠青年为发展目标,有利于提高青年的职业尊严感与劳动创造性,有利于提升青年的自主判断与自主建构意识,有利于实现青年复合的、多元的人生目标。
The slash youth refers to the youth with various professions and identities.They show abilities in thinking about value judgment,choosing activities,and being convinced with delivered concepts.We should take slash youth as goal in development,which helps to improve the youth’s sense of professional dignity and innovation in labor,promote their concept in self-judgment and construction,and realize their comprehensive and diversified life goals.
