摘要
小微企业是我国经济发展中的重要力量,近年来“双创”政策的持续推进为小微企业的创新和发展提供了广阔的空间和机遇。然而,小微企业在创业过程中面临着市场竞争、资金压力、人力资源需求等方面的挑战,如何选择正确的创业战略并有效实施,成为制约小微企业长期发展的关键因素。因此,本文在概述“双创”定义和内涵的基础上,指出“双创”背景下小微企业的创业战略选择与实践的重要性,并就“双创”背景下小微企业的创业战略选择与实践提出建议。
Small and micro enterprises are vital for economic development.Nowadays,although the policy implementation of“business startups and innovation”has provided more opportunities for their innovation and development,these small and micro enterprises are still facing some challenges.How to choose and implement better entrepreneurial strategies are key to the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises.Therefore,based on the introduction of the connotation of“business startups and innovation”,the paper stated the significance and suggestions of choosing entrepreneurial strategies.
