摘要
在能源管理系统下应推进低碳经济建设,加快传统产业转型,大力研发清洁能源,全力发展低碳产业,减少对粗放式经济的依赖,坚决摒弃“先污染,后治理”的方式,促进我国经济可持续发展,改善民生、改善环境。
Based on the energy management system,the government should promote the low-carbon economy construction,and the speed up the transformation of traditional industries.Meanwhile,the government has to support the development of clean resources and the low-carbon industry,so as to gradually get rid of extensive economy and abandon the pattern of“grow first,clean up later”.The ending points of the paper are the sustainable development of China’s economy,the ensurance of people’s lives and the improvement of environment.
