摘要
随着高校教育改革的深化和产业研究工作的加强,校企合作所带来的人才培育模式逐渐获得社会公众的广泛认可,然而目前政策支持力度不足、企业利益受损、社会责任感模糊以及企业与高校之间的信息沟通不畅等因素,使得在校企共育中出现了企业反应冷淡的现象,严重制约了企业的协同育人意愿,并阻碍了校企的深度融合发展进程。因此,拟从企业视角出发,探讨如何建立完善的政策推动、利益保全、社会责任引导和信息共享体系等多元化机制,激发企业的积极参与,进一步推动产教融合的全方位发展。
As deepening the reform of higher education and strengthening industrial research efforts,the talent cultivation model facilitated by university-industry collaboration has gradually garnered broad public recognition.However,insufficient policy support,detriment to corporate interests,vague perceptions of social responsibility,and poor communication between enterprises and universities have led to a lukewarm response from businesses in collaborative education programs.The phenomenon severely hampers their willingness to engage in joint talent nurturing and hinders the process of deep integration between universities and industries.Therefore,the paper started from the enterprise perspective,and explored how to establish a comprehensive system encompassing policy promotion,interest protection,social responsibility guidance,and information sharing mechanisms,so as to stimulate active corporate participation and further advance the all-around development of industry-education collaboration.
