摘要
研究生教育作为国民教育体系的最高层次,在培养创新人才、服务经济社会发展方面具有重要作用。构建非全日制研究生协同育人机制的关键在于形成高校内外部各要素、各主体之间的有效协同,通过从管理协同、过程协同、导师协同、资源协同等方面进行创新,实现多主体协同育人,全面提升非全日制研究生培养质量和高校办学水平,培养高水平应用型人才。
As the highest level of the national education system,graduate education plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents and serving economic and social development.The key to building a collaborative education mechanism for part-time graduate students lies in forming effective collaboration between various elements and entities within and outside the university.Through innovation in management collaboration,process collaboration,mentor collaboration,resource collaboration,and other aspects,we aim to achieve multi-agent collaborative education,comprehensively improve the quality of part-time graduate student training and the level of university education,and cultivate high-level applied talents.
