盘/棒电极对油料光谱分析仪测量重复性的影响

摘要 该研究全面探讨盘/棒电极更换对油料光谱分析仪中Ag,Al,B等21个元素测量重复性的影响。研究发现,对于Al,B,Cd,Cr,Mg,Mn,Mo,P,Si,Sn,Ti,V,Zn,Ni 14种元素,当同时更换盘电极和棒电极时,其光强信号的相对标准偏差(RSD)达到最低。相比之下,只更换棒电极时测得的RSD高于只更换盘电极的情况。另外,对于Ag,Cu,Na这三种元素,当单独更换任一种电极时,光强信号的RSD有所降低,而盘电极和棒电极全部更换时,RSD反而最高。对于Ba,Fe,Ca这三种元素,更换盘电极时测得的光强信号RSD低于全部更换条件下的RSD,而在只更换棒电极的情况下,RSD则高于全部更换条件。最后,对于Pb元素,无论是单独更换盘电极还是棒电极,所测光强信号的RSD均高于同时更换两者的情况,且在更换盘电极时测得的RSD大于更换棒电极时的RSD。这些结果为油料光谱分析仪在盘/棒电极更换方面提供宝贵的参考,有助于优化测量重复性。 This study comprehensively explored the effect of replacing disc/rod electrodes on the repeatability of measurement of 21 elements such as Ag,Al,B,etc.in oil spectral analyzers.The research has found that for the 14 elements Al,B,Cd,Cr,Mg,Mn,Mo,P,Si,Sn,Ti,V,Zn,and Ni,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the light intensity signal is minimized when both the disc electrode and the rod electrode are replaced simultaneously.In contrast,the RSD measured when only replacing the rod electrode is higher than when only replacing the disc electrode.In addition,for the three elements Ag,Cu,and Na,replacing either electrode separately leads to a decrease in the RSD of the light intensity signal,while the RSD is the highest when both the disk electrode and the rod electrode are replaced.As for the elements Ba,Fe,and Ca,the RSD of the light intensity signal is lower when replacing the disc electrode compared to all replacement conditions,while in the case of only replacing the rod electrode,the RSD is higher than all replacement conditions.Finally,for Pb elements,regardless of whether the disc electrode or rod electrode is replaced separately,the RSD of the measured light intensity signal is higher than that of both,with the RSD being greater when replacing the disc electrode than when replacing the rod electrode.These results provide valuable reference for the oil spectral analyzer in the replacement of disk/rod electrodes,and help optimize measurement repeatability.
