摘要
根据国家标准《肥料中有毒有害物质的限量要求》(GB 38400—2019),采用盐酸-硝酸(3+1)混合酸消解提取,甲基异丁基甲酮萃取,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定复合肥料中铊的含量,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析。按《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的规定进行不确定度计算,结果表明复合肥料中铊含量的测量不确定度来源主要为系列标准溶液稀释、样品测量重复性。复合肥料中铊含量的合成标准不确定度为0.23 mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.46 mg/kg,测定结果为(7.32±0.46) mg/kg(k=2)。
According to the national standard Limitation requirements of toxic and harmful substance in fertilizers(GB 38400-2019),the content of thallium in compound fertilizers is determined using hydrochloric acid nitric acid(3+1)mixed acid digestion extraction,methyl isobutyl ketone extraction,and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The sources of uncertainty in the determination process are analyzed.According to the provisions of Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement(JJF 1059.1-2012),the uncertainty calculation is conducted.The results show that the main sources of uncertainty in the determination of thallium content in compound fertilizers are dilution of series standard solutions and repeatability of sample measurements.The synthetic standard uncertainty of thallium content in compound fertilizers is 0.23 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is 0.46 mg/kg,and the measurement result is(7.32±0.46)mg/kg(k=2).
