摘要
当前,贸易全球化进程不断加快,贸易摩擦也日渐增多。友好仲裁制度因其特点,已成为解决商事纠纷的重要方式之一。本文将以我国上海自贸区仲裁规则为研究视角,在分析友好仲裁制度特点的基础上,分析自贸区仲裁规则的意义、创新并对其进行评价,从而针对性地提出意见建议,更好推动国际商事友好仲裁制度的构建和发展。
At present,the process of trade globalization is accelerating and trade frictions are increasing.The friendly arbitration system has become one of the important ways to resolve commercial disputes because of its characteristics.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the friendly arbitration system,this paper will analyze the significance,innovation and evaluation of the free trade arbitration rules on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone Arbitration Rules,so as to provide suggestions and suggestions.Promote the construction and development of an international commercial friendly arbitration system.
