摘要
分配正义的现代内涵和传统意义有着本质的不同,凭借政治地位获取相应物品是古代人的分配正义观念,保障每一个人的物质生活则是现代分配正义理论建构的常识。在古典政治经济学的视域里,按要素分配是正义的,保障各要素平等参与分配的权利成为分配正义的前提,新自由主义经济学进而将"规则平等"塑造为现代分配正义理论的基本原则,当代社会正义理论则试图将"结果平等"嵌入分配正义的分析框架。在马克思主义的分配正义逻辑中,资产阶级学者建构的"规则平等"理论是高度抽象并且近乎虚幻的,因为它根本没有顾及分配正义得以实现的制度基础,唯有消除资本要素主导的分配机制,才能为分配正义的真正实现提供历史性前提。
The modern connotation of distributive justice is essentially different from the traditional meaning.Obtaining corresponding items by virtue of political status is the ancient people’s concept of distributive justice,It is the common sense of constructing the modern theory of distributive justice to ensure everyone’s material life.In the view of the classical political economy,the distribution according to the factors is just,and the guarantee of the equal rights of all the factors to participate in the distribution is the premise of the distribution justice,Neoliberalism has further shaped the principle of equality of law as the basic principle of modern distributive justice theory,while Contemporary Social Justice Theory tries to embed the theory of equality of results into the analytical framework of distributive justice.In the Marxist logic of distributive justice,the theory of equality of the rules constructed by bourgeois scholars is highly abstract and almost illusory,because it does not take into account the institutional basis for the realization of distributive justice Only by eliminating the distribution mechanism dominated by capital elements can we provide the historical premise for the realization of distributive justice.
