摘要
胚胎神经管畸形(NTDs)是一种严重的先天性畸形,它是神经管在胚胎发育阶段无法正常闭合或闭合不完全导致的缺陷。母体糖尿病显著增加胚胎NTDs的发生概率。母体糖尿病可诱导胚胎内的氧化应激、内质网应激、细胞自噬功能受损、异常的细胞凋亡和细胞早衰等分子机制,导致胚胎神经管闭合异常。该文将综述当前母体糖尿病诱发胚胎NTDs发生机理和治疗策略,探究相关研究进展,为临床上预防和治疗母体糖尿病诱导的胚胎NTDs提供理论基础。
NTDs(neural tube defects)is one kind of serious congenital malformation,which is caused by the inability or incomplete closure of neural tube during embryonic development.Maternal diabetes significantly increases the incidence of NTDs in embryos.Maternal diabetes can induce the molecular mechanisms of oxidative stress,ERS(endoplasmic reticulum stress),impaired autophagy,excessive apoptosis and cell senescence in embryos,and ultimately lead to abnormal neural tube closure in embryos.Current paper will describe the research progress on the mechanism and treatment strategies of maternal diabetes-induced embryonic NTDs,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinically prevention and treatment of maternal diabetes-induced embryonic NTDs.
