摘要
喷孔加工是喷油嘴偶件制造需要重点控制的项目,针对轴针式喷油器针阀体喷孔加工工艺精度的现状,进行了深入分析,找到了造成喷孔加工精度不稳定的原因,重新设计了一种钻模加工喷孔新工艺,通过加工试验验证,完全能够满足喷孔精度的设计要求。
The spray nozzle hole is a key control project,the need of diesel injector nozzle is based on the current pintle nozzles spray hole processing precision of the present situation,has carried on the thorough analysis,found the spray hole processing precision of unstable factors,and then to design a kind of new technique spray hole drill jig for processing,through processing experiment,completely can satisfy the design requirements of spray hole precision.
