2019~2021年绵阳市臭氧变化特征、污染防治措施及建议 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国大气污染防治措施的持续推进,环境空气中的颗粒物浓度均呈现逐渐下降趋势,但近地面臭氧(O3)污染问题较为凸显。绵阳市是川渝地区的重要组成部分,近年来颗粒物浓度下降明显,但是,臭氧的污染形势越来越严重,通过对2019~2021年臭氧的变化特点的分析,我们发现,臭氧年度浓度满足《环境空气质量标准》(GB 3095—2012)中二级浓度限值,其中2020年年度浓度达到最高,按季节分高浓度臭氧主要集中在夏季,其次是秋季和春季,未发生冬季臭氧污染。今后需通过调整产业结构,重点控制氮氧化物、挥发性有机物等前体物,同时借助科技手段进行科学防治。 With the continuous advancement of China’s air pollution prevention and control measures,the concentration of particulate matter in the ambient air has shown a gradual downward trend,but the problem of ozone(O3)pollution near the ground is more prominent.Mianyang City is an important part of the Sichuan-Chongqing region,in recent years the concentration of particulate matter has decreased significantly,however,the ozone pollution situation is becoming more and more serious,through the analysis of the characteristics of ozone changes in 2019-2021,we found that the annual concentration of ozone meets the"Ambient Air Quality Standards"(GB 3095—2012)in the secondary concentration limit,of which the annual concentration in 2020 reached the highest,according to the seasons of high concentration of ozone is mainly concentrated in summer,followed by autumn and spring,no winter ozone pollution occurs.In the future,it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure,focus on controlling precursors such as nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds,and at the same time carry out scientific prevention and control with the help of scientific and technological means.
